GROUND BEEF TETRAZZINI

Ingredience :

1 lb. ground beef **(sirloin is best less fat)
1 tsp. garlic season all
1 c. onions (chopped)
2 10 3/4 oz. cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. light cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 8 oz. monterey jack cheese
1/2 box spaghetti
water
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions :

To lg. heated frying pan add beef. Sprinkle season all over
beef Mix well Add onions. Mix. Add soup, cream, pepper. Mix
well. Cook on med high heat
for 6 min. Add cheese and mix
well. Simmer for 10 min. To dutch oven pot add enough water for
spaghetti. Add salt to water & let
it come to a boil. Add to
spaghetti & boil according to directions.Drain spaghetti & add
to beef mixture. Mix througherly. Serve.
