BAKED HAM WITH PINAPPLE
Ingredience :
3 - 5 lb ham **(canned is fine. I use both canned & fresh)
whole cloves
1 can pineapple rings (sweetned)
1/4 c. pineapple liquid from can
Directions:
Place ham in roasting pan. Top ham on all sides except
the bottom with whole cloves. Top ham both top & sides
with pineapple. Pour the pineapple liquid over ham.
Cover with aluminum foil & cook according to directions.
After 20 min. remove foil. When ham is done remove from pan
Remove all cloves. Serve.
Serves 6-7
