Baked Meatballs with Sour Cream
Ingredience :
1 lb. ground beef
2 lg. eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tbls. garlic seasoned salt
1 c. onions (chopped)
1/4 c. olive oil (extra virgin)
1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs
1/3 c. dried parsley
3 tsp. dill weed
1 lg. + 1 small container sour cream
3/4 box spaghetti
1 tsp. salt
water
Directions: Preheat oven to 350
Mix ground beef, eggs, parsley, bread crumbs, and milk.
Mix well. Form into meatballs. Set meatballs aside. Heat
frying pan on high heat. Add olive oil, & garlic seasoned
salt. Spread evenly in pan. Add meatballs and brown lightly
on both sides. Remove meatballs from pan. Set aside. Add 1 lg.
container of sour cream, 2 tbls. dill weed, 1/2 c. onions to
the frying pan used to brown themeatballs. Simmer sour cream
mixture for 5 min on low heat. In lg. corning ware dish
arrange meatballs in dish. Top with sour creamsauce. Mix well.
Put lid on dish and bake for 40 min. Right before meatballs are
done cook spaghetti according to pkg. Drain in sieve and set
aside. To same frying pan add the other container of sour cream,
dill weed, 1/2 c. onions to pan. Boil on low heat for 5 min. Add
spaghetti to sour cream mixture.Be sure spaghetti gets only
heated through and not cooked again. Mix througherly. Serve
spaghetti mixture with the sour cream meatballs.
