PICKLE BURGER
Ingredience :
2 qt. lb. ground beef burgers
2 midget gerkin pickles(chopped)
4-5 hamburger dill pickles (chopped)
1/4 in. thick horseraddish cheddar cheese **(enough to
cover top of the BOTTOM burger)
1 slice yellow onion
horseraddish mayonaise or ketchup
1 hamburger bun
Chop the pickles. Form 2 1/4 lb. burgers. To 1 burger add
the chopped gerkin pickle by pushing the chopped pickles
inside the burger. Follow this same method using dill pickle.
To the bottom burger press the cheese into the top of the burger.
Cook burgers in a lg. heated frying pan to however you like
your burgers. To hamburger bun spread either horseraddish mayo
or ketchup. Add burgers. Top with onion. Serve.
