Porcupine Meatballs
Ingredients :
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. dried parsley
3 lg. eggs
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. italian bread crumbs (more may be necessary)
1 tsp. salt
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 1/4 tbls. worcaestershire sauce
1 c. minute rice
cooking spray
Directions : Pre-heat oven to 375
Pour milk in lg. mixing bowl. Add rice & let stand 6 min.
Add beef, eggs, bread crumbs, salt, & garlic powder, & rice
Mix througherly. You may need to add little bit more bread
crumbs. Shape into meatballs. Spray baking dish with cooking
spay. Place meatballs in dish. To small pot add tomato sauce &
worcaestershire sauce. Stir. Heat on med heat until it comes
to a boil. Pour over meatballs. Bake for 1 hr.
