VEAL PARMESEAN WITH SPAGHETTI
Ingredience :
1 lb. pkg. veal legs
garlic season all
2 lg. eggs (beaten)
1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
2/3 c. italian bread crumbs
3 lb. jar spaghetti sauce with meat
1 tbls. dried oregano
1 tbls. dried sweet basil
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. grated parmesean / romano cheese
1 pkg. mozzerella cheese
1 tbls. dried parsely flakes
1/2 box spaghetti
Directions :
Pre heat oven to 400
Pound veal with mallet on both sides. Dip veal in eggs. Coat
well. Coat veal with bread crumbs on all sides. To lg. heated
fry pan add oil. Turn heat to high. Cook veal on each side for
only 5 sec.. Remove from pan & place in baking dish. **You will
probably have to use more then a 1/3 c. of oil as it evaporates
very quickly. To same pan add spaghetti sauce & the rest of the
ingred EXCEPT for mozzerella cheese. Mix througherly. To bottom
of baking dish add 1/4 c. sauce. Place veal in dish. Top with
mozzerella cheese to each piece of veal. Top with remaining sauce.
Cover & place in oven for 45 min. Cook spaghetti according
to directions. Serve.
