Veal Stew

Ingredients:

1 lb. stewing veal ( cubed )
1 10 3/4 oz. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. light cream
1/4 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 tbls. dried sweet basil
1/2 c. onions (chopped)
salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. garlic season all
3 tbls. corn or safflower oil

Directions

**The veal pkg. should already have the veal cubed. However,
most of the time the veal cubes are lg., so cube the veal.

In lg. heated frying pan add oil. Add meat and brown lightly.
Add onions and cook on med heat for 6 min. Add rest of ingred.
Mix througherly. Simmer for 1 hr. Stir occassionly.
