Ham Pate

 

2 (3-oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened

1 Tbsp. grated onion

1 lb. cooked ham, ground

2 tsp. finely chopped pecans

1 Tbsp. milk

 

 

 

Combine one package cream cheese, ham, onion, and pecans; mixing well. Line a 2-cup mold or bowl with plastic wrap. Spoon mixture into mold, pressing firmly into mold. Cover and chill at least 3 hours. (The flavor improves if at least refrigerated overnight.) Unmold onto a serving plate. Frost the pate with the other package of cream cheese. Sprinkle more chopped nuts over cream cheese frosting. Garnish with parsley and serve with your choice of crackers. Serves 10-12 people.
