Red Salmon Dip

1 can of red salmon

8 ozs cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup very finely chopped onion

2 tsp. finely chopped parsley or 1 tsp dried parsley

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 tsps. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp liquid smoke (optional)

1 tsp. chipotle ground pepper (optional)

dash of Tabasco sauce

dash garlic powder

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into a loaf and chill for 2-3 hours. Maybe coated with sliced almonds.

Serve with crackers, party bread or vegetables.
