TACO DIP

1 lb. Ground Round
8 oz. Sour Cream
1 16-oz. jar Salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
1 Package Taco Seasoning Mix
8 oz. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
8 oz. Shredded Taco/Mexican Cheese.

 

Brown Beef and drain grease.

Stir in Taco Seasoning Mix and 3 Tbsps. of Salsa, heat well, then set aside. In a small bowl mix sour cream and remaining salsa. Layer in casserole dish: Half the Beef Then Half the Salsa/sour cream mixture Then 8 oz. of Shredded Sharp Chedder Cheese Remaining Half of Beef Remaining Half of Salsa/sour cream mixture And lastly, the 8 oz. of Taco/Mexican Shredded Cheese.

Bake uncovered 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees or til bubbly. Serve with Tortilla Chips, Taco Chips, Crackers, etc. Serves a LOT! Enjoy!
