Mississippi Mud Bars

2 cups white sugar
1 cup margarine or butter
3 tablespoons cocoa
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/4 cups coconut
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
7 ounces marshmallow crème


Frosting:

1 pound powdered sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup soft margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla

Cream together sugar, butter and cocoa. Add eggs and mix well. Add flour, coconut and nuts. Bake in greased 12 x 15" cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and spread with marshmallow creme.


For frosting: Cream all ingredients together. When bars are cool, frost.
