Peanut Butter Brownies
1/4 lb. plus 2 tbsp. butter
1 cup plus 2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Glaze:
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
Milk
2 tbsp. chopped peanuts
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter over medium low heat in a saucepan. Stir in sugar, cocoa and eggs. Add flour and salt and stir until smooth. |
