MUCHACHAS

Small boneless chuck roast
small onion, chopped
3 carrots, chopped
one bay leaf
sm. can chopped green chiles
2 T. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
Small amount of water

Cook roast in water with all ingredients till tender enough to shred. Remove from pot, discard bay leaf. Shred beef, onion and carrots all together. Fill warmed flour tortillas with this mixture. Serve with picante sauce and sour cream
