Cornbread
- 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
3/4 cup flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons oil
Grease a 9-inch pan with oil. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour mixture into the pan and bake in the oven at 425 degrees for 18 minutes.
