Cornbread
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Yellow Cornmeal
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 4 tsp. Baking Powder
- 3/4 tsp. Salt
- 2 medium Egg
- 1 cup 2% Milk
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
In a large bowl, stir together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a small bowl, beat together eggs, milk and oil. Pour liquid into dry ingredients; stir just until moistened (batter may be a little lumpy). Pour into greased 8-inch square baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees F. for 20 minutes, OR spoon batter into greased muffin pans. Bake for 12-14 minutes in 425 degrees F. oven. Serves 6.
