Myrtlewood Pancakes
Yield: 8 Servings
1 1/4 c Flour
1 Egg
1 1/4 c Buttermilk
1/4 c Sugar
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1/4 c Oil
1 pn Salt
Preheat grill over medium heat.
In blender or mixer, combine all the remaining ingredients until
smooth. Pour the batter by spoonfuls into hot pan. Cook until
bubbles form over top. Flip cakes and continue cooking until golden.
