18 LAYER CHOCOLATE STACK CAKE
Ingredients :
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. self rising flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
ICING:
4 blocks chocolate
3 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 lg. can milk
Preparation :
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour
alternately with milk. Add vanilla. Pour 6 level tablespoons
batter into each pan (greased and floured) using 9 inch pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes (or until layers brown around edge).
Pans may be prepared with Pam or Bakers Joy.
For icing: Melt all ingredients on low heat. Put icing on cake as soon
as you take them out of oven while they are hot.
Have icing ready first.
