COCONUT POUND CAKE
1 1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 c. cake flour
7 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 can Angel Flake coconut
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add
flour gradually. Then add salt and lemon juice. Fold in
coconut. Bake 1 hour 10 minutes at 300 degrees.
