1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. apples, chopped
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda

Glaze:
1 c. powdered sugar
6 Tbsp. lemon juice

Mix as for pound cake, adding apples and pecans last.
Bake in tube pan on 300 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Mix by hand.
Pour glaze on hot cake.
