LEMONADE CAKE

 

1 package (3 ounces) lemon Jello
3/4 cup hot water
1 white cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1 can (6 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate
1 cup sugar

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Grease and flour a bundt pan.

2. Dissolve Jello in hot water and set aside to cool. Do not jell.

3. In a large bowl, mix next 3 ingredients. Add cooled Jello. Beat 3 minutes.

4. Turn into a bundt pan. Bake 1 hour.

5. Meanwhile mix next 2 ingredients and let set.

6. While cake is still warm, loosen it from edges of pan, but leave in pan. Pour lemonade mixture over cake, allowing it to run down the sides.
