1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
1/3 c. Crisco oil or vegetable oil
1 c. water
4 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in large
mixing bowl. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour in tube pan. Bake at
350 degrees until done when toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Glaze: Heat 2/3 cup of favorite frosting in saucepan
over medium heat, stirring constantly until thin. Pour glaze
over pound cake.
