1 Duncan Heinze chocolate fudge cake mix
1 small package chocolate instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sour cream

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 2, 8-inch cake pans
Combine all cake ingredients in mixer bowl. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into
prepared pans. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes
out clean.

Let cakes cool 5 minutes in pans and then remove and allow to cool. Frost
with chocolate buttercream.

2 pounds powdered sugar sifted with
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups butter, softened
1 tablespoon vanilla
2/3 cups milk or enough to make of spreading consistency

Combine all ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.
