French Christmas Cookies

40 graham crackers

1 cup cream

1/2 cup sugar

2 cups finely chopped walnuts or almonds

1 pkg mini chocolate chips

topping (follows)

 

Crush the grahams into coarse crumbs, then add remaining ingredients except topping. Scoop by teaspoonfuls into candy cups and bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees f. Let cool slightly, then top with a small dollop of the topping.

Topping:

12 oz chocolate chips

6 oz butterscotch chips

1/2 cup peanut butter

Melt together in microwave or on top of double boiler. Let cool before using.
