1 1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup molasses
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ginger
4 cups flour
4 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
Combine and mix oil, sugar, eggs and molasses together. Add dry ingredients. Form into balls and roll in granulated sugar. Do not flatten. Bake at 300 degrees for 12 minutes.
