Justin's Granma's Ginger Snaps
1.5 cups Crisco
2 cups sugar
Using a mixer (unless you gots real strong arms) mix these two together.
2 eggs
1/2 cup molasses
Add eggs and molasses to the mixture.
4 cups of flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
.75 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons dried ginger
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons of cloves
Sift all these dry ingredients together. Mix with the other stuff. Then let it sit in a 'fridge for 2 or more hours. Roll the mix into balls the size of walnuts and roll them in sugar. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes.
