Heavenly Hash

2 packages of whipped cream
1 pound of real butter
1 package of graham crackers, crushed
1 can of crushed pineapple, drained.
1 cup of chopped nuts
1 package of powered sugar
2 eggs (optional)or  3-egg whites


1-Whip cream until soft peaks 
2-Stir in chopped nuts
3-Mix butter eggs together until very creamy.
4-Crush gram crackers finely  and set aside.
5-Drain  the pineapple on paper towel, be sure there isn't any liquid in the pineapple.
6-Butter oblong dish lightly with butter.
7-Sprinkle graham crackers on the bottom of the dish.
8-Spread butter/sugar mixture on top of the crackers.
9-Spread drained pineapple on top of the butter/sugar mixture.
10-Spread whipping cream/nuts on top of the pineapple mixture.
11-Sprinkle remaining crushed graham crackers on top of the cream mixture.
12-Chill overnight or for at least 4 hours.
13-Cut in small squares.

Serves 10-12_small squares

It is a very rich, sinful, and a wonderful dessert.
