FISH ON THE GRILL

 

fish (salmon is excellent)
tomatoes
2 tsp. lemon juice (per piece)
butter or oleo
onion

Lay fish fillets on heavy-duty foil, wrap separately.
Dot with butter or oleo. Slice raw tomatoes and onion onto the
fish. Pour 2 teaspoons of lemon juice (ReaLemon is okay) onto
each piece. Wrap securely so it can't leak. Put on grill and
cook on each side turning once for 20 minutes each side.
