Fried Fish
2 or 3 fish pieces
1 cup corn meal (white or yellow)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups oil
Wash fish pieces. Mix cornmeal, salt and pepper together. Put fish in bag and shake until covered. Drop fish in hot oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides for approximately 3 minutes.
Serve with favorite sauce (ketchup or tartar) - Serves 3.
