New Orleans Shrimp

1/2 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 can tomatoes (approx. 14oz)
1 lb. shrimp, cooked and cleaned)
2 cups cooked rice

Melt butter in a large pan. add onion, garlic, green pepper,
salt, pepper and tomatoes (with juice). Simmer for 15
minutes. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp is warmed
through.

Serve over rice.
