Salmon Cheddar Bake

1 tablesp butter melted
8-9 slices bread crusts taken off
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese grated
6 eggs
3/4 cup lowfat milk
salt and pepper
14 oz salmon cooked and flaked
1/4 cup green onions sliced

Put bread in spiral pattern in a buttered 9 inch pie plate with edges of bread
making a crown. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over bread in bottom. Mix eggs, milk,
salt, and pepper until combined well. Then put in salmon, onions, and
remaining cheese. Stir and pour into pie plate. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
until center is set.

Serve with a crisp green salad.
