Velveeta Salsa Mac "N" Cheese

 

1 lb. ground beef

1 jar (16-oz) Taco Bell Home Originals Thick "N" Chunky Salsa

1 pkg (7-oz) elbow macaroni, uncooked

3/4 lb. (12 ozs.) Velveeta Process Cheese Spread, cup up

1 3/4 cups water

Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Add salsa and 1 3/4 cups water. Bring to boil. Stir in macoroni. Reduce heat to medium low; cover. Simmer 8-10 minutes or until macoroni is tender. Add Velveeta; stir until melted.

Makes 4-6 servings.
