4 cups fresh strawberries

One 9 inch pie shell (graham cracker crust works the best)

3/4 cups sugar

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 1/2 cups water

One small box of strawberry Jell-O (sugar free is o.k.)

Bring the sugar, cornstarch and water to a boil and let thicken. Add Jell-O.

Let the mixture cool and then pour over the strawberries arranged in the pie shell.

Refrigerate till Jell-O mixture is solid.
