Creamy Coconut Pie

 

 

In medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar. Gradually add milk. Beat until smooth.

Fold in coconut, whipped topping and extract. Spoon into crust. Freeze 4 hours.

Garnish with toasted coconut and maraschino cherries.

Let stand at room temperature to soften before serving.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes; Freezing Time: 4 hours

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 cup milk

1-1/3 cups coconut

1 8-oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1/2 teaspoon almond extract

toasted coconut (garnish)
