Old-time Piecrust

 

3 cup flour

1 cup lard

1 egg

5 tablespoon water (very cold water)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tsp vinegar

In a small bowl beat eggs, add vinegar and water. In larger bowl mix flour, salt and lard till crumbly. Add liquids blend until just mixed. Roll out. Makes 4 crust
