Pistachio Pie

 

 

Arrange sliced kiwis, reserving a few slices for garnish, to cover the bottom of the pie crust.

Pour cold milk into bowl and add pudding mix. Beat until well blended on low speed for one minute.

Pour over sliced kiwis and chill for 2-3 hours.

Place remaining kiwi slices on top of pie and garnish with dollops of whipped topping.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes; Chilling Time: 2-3 hours

1-3/4 cups milk

1 3-1/2 oz. pkg. pistachio instant pudding
