Easy Pork Chops Supreme

1 cup hot-style ketchup

6 tablespoons honey

6 pork loin chops, cut 3/4 inch thick (1 1/2 to 1 3/4 pounds)

6 lemon slices

1. Stir together ketchup and honey. Arrange pork chops in a 12x7 1/2x2-inch baking dish. Pour sauce over chops. Top each pork chop with a slice of lemon.

2. Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for about 1 hour or till meat is tender. Makes 6 servings.

Note: This sauce is delicious over chicken pieces, too.
