Fried Pork Chops

4 pork chops
1/2 cup flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups oil for frying

Wash pork chops. Mix flour, salt and pepper together. Put chops in bag and shake until covered. Drop chops in hot oil. Fry until golden brown for 20 minutes. Drain on paper towels. (Serves 2-4)
