Fried Chicken - Cajun Style

8 - 10 chicken breast halves
1-1/4 cups flour
2 cups milk
2 tbl. cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
oil

Combine milk and 1 tbl. cajun seasoning. Add the chicken. Marinate
in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Combine flour, lemon pepper, garlic salt and 1 tbl. cajun seasoning.
Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture.

Heat oil (1/4" in pan) and fry chicken about 7 minutes or until thoroughly
cooked.
