Country Bacon Potato Salad

 

 

4 cups quartered cooked new potatoes (about 1 1/3 lb.)
6 slices Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
1/2 cup each chopped green pepper and chopped onion
1 cup MIRACLE WHIP or MIRACLE WHIP LIGHT Dressing
Salt and pepper

MIX: potatoes, bacon, green pepper and onion in large bowl.

ADD: dressing; mix lightly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Refrigerate.

Makes 6 servings.
