1 cup whipping cream (or sour cream)
2/3 cup sugar (or less to taste)
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup vinegar

Combine dressing ingredients and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.

To serve mix with

1 1/2 LB shredded or thinly sliced cabbage
