1 bunch watercress or romaine lettuce torn into bite sized pieces
1 carrot - julienned
10 cherry tomatoes - halved
1 cup cubed cooked turkey
4 unpeeled apples - sliced
1/3 cup chopped walnuts - toasted
Dressing - below
Arrange greens on plates, top with carrot, tomatoes, apple, and turkey. Drizzle dressing over and sprinkle with toasted walnuts.
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
5 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Whisk ingredients together and pour over salad.
