Spaghetti Sauce

1 lb. ground. beef
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 large can whole tomatoes (usually I put then in the blender a bit
to get rid of the large pieces)
1 6 oz can tomato paste
15 oz can of tomato sauce
1/2 cup chopped parsley (fresh) or 2T dried parsley
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp basil
1 bay leaf
1/2 stem
celery
1 Tbsp olive oil to taste
salt and pepper to taste.


Saute and drain ground beef. Add onion and garlic, saute until clear.

Add tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, parsley, oregano, thyme, basil, bay
leaf, celery, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer, uncovered, 1 hour.
