Cajun Turkey (for deep fat fried turkey)
1 cup wine
1cup chicken stock
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 minced clove of garlic
1 tablespoon Onion powder
2 Tablespoons Creole Seasoning
2 Tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
Mix. Using injector, inject into turkey. Enough for up to 17 lb. bird. Deep fry in peanut oil.
