Good Seasons Meat Marinades

 

Basic Marinade: Use GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing as is (or try one of the variations listed below) for a spectacular marinade. Pour dressing over meat or vegetables and marinate as follows: for 1 lb. beef, 4 hours to overnight; for 1 1/2 lb. chicken, 1 hour to overnight; for 1 lb. fish, 30 minutes to 1 hour; and for vegetables, 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Citrus Marinade: Combine 1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing, 1/3 cup oil, and 1/3 cup orange juice.

Italian Marinade; Combine 1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing, 1/3 cup oil, 1/3 cup dry white wine, and 2 Tbsp. lemon juice.

Teriyaki Marinade: Combine 1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing, 1/4 cup cider vinegar, 1/4 cup soy sauce, and 2 Tbsp. honey.
