1 8-ounce package rotini pasta or other pasta shape)
2 small tomatoes, chopped
1 8-ounce bunch broccoli, chopped
1 small cucumber, quartered lengthwise and sliced
1 8-ounce bottle reduced-calorie Italian salad dressing
1 to 2 teaspoons Spice Islands salad seasoning for oil-and vinegar dressing
1. Cook pasta according to package directions till just tender. Drain in colander and rinse with cold water. Drain and place in a large bowl.
2. Add the tomatoes, broccoli and the cucumber to the large bowl.
3. Combine the Italian dressing and the salad seasoning. Pour over pasta and vegetables. Toss to coat.
4. Cover and chill for 3 to 24 hours. Makes 8 to 10 side-dish servings
