INGREDIENTS
Blend all the ingredients in an electric blender until smooth.

1 can chick peas (about 2 cups, drained)
2/3 cup taheeni (sesame paste)
3/4 cup lemon juice
4 garlic cloves
salt (to taste)
To serve, spread a few tablespoons of hummus over the surface of a flat plate.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
Spread on warm pita bread.
(Yield: 3 cups).
