INGREDIENTS
Combine sugars and eggs.

8 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
8 oz. pkg. medium-broad noodles (slightly under-cooked)
2 eggs
4 T. corn oil
1/2 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 c. matzo meal
1 t. salt
1 t. almond extract
Mix in oil, salt, pineapple, vanilla, cinnamon and almond extract.
Add noodles and matzo meal.
Turn mixture into a greased baking pan.
Sprinkle top with a little cinnamon.
Bake 1 hour in a pre-heated 375 degree oven.
(If a glass pan is used bake at 350 degrees)
Let cool 10 minutes before loosening edges and turning out.
