Low Fat Tiramisu

This is a low-fat version of Tiramisu. It is delicious
Who says you can't have your cake and eat it too!

Ingredients

4 cups strong coffee (you can use Decaf.)
1 (500gr) or (l lb) container of 1% Low Fat Cottage Cheese
8 packets of Low Cal Sweetener (like Weight-Watchers)(about 20 calories in all)
24-30 Store-bought Ladyfingers (depending on size)
1 package of Diet or Low Cal Instant Vanilla Pudding
2 cups of 2% milk (to make the pudding)
l teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

In a 8x6 or 9x5 shallow pan, put half of your ladyfingers that you have previously dipped
(very quickly) and (one by one) into warm strong coffee.
In a food processor, blend the l% cottage cheese until it is very smooth with the 8 packages
of low-cal sweetener and the vanilla. Spread half of this mixture over you layer of ladyfingers.
Mix your pudding with milk (2%) according to the directions on the box. Spoon and spread
half of this on top of the cheese layer.

Now, put a second layer of coffee soaked ladyfingers on top, a second layer of cottage cheese
mixture, and top with the remaining pudding.

Optional: Sprinkle with some cocoa powder.
