Potato Lasagna
Ingredients:
Directions: Spray a 2-quart baking dish (9 x 13-inch) with non-stick spray; arrange half of the potato slices. Top with half of meat mixture. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese over meat. Top with remaining potatoes and sauce. Cover tightly with foil and bake in a 375 degree F oven for 50 to 60 minutes. Uncover and top with remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
