Salmon Loaf

Ingredients:
2 ea. Eggs (slightly beaten)
1/2 c. Chopped Onions
1 c. Dry Bread Crumbs
1 cn. Cream of Celery Soup
1 tb. Lemon Juice
1 cn. Salmon

Directions:
   Drain Salmon. ( reserve 1/4 cup of the liquid ) Remove skin and bones from the Salmon, Flake. Mix salmon, liquid and remaining ingredients. Pack into a well greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.

Cool loaf in pan 10 minutes, loosen from sides of pan and turn out on serving platter. Garnish with parsley, lemon or orange slices.
